1. Subscription Cancellations
- Users may cancel their subscription at any time by accessing their account settings or contacting our support team.
- Cancellation requests must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid automatic renewal charges.
- Once a subscription is canceled, users will continue to have access to the service until the end of the paid billing period, after which the account will be downgraded or deactivated based on the selected plan.
2. Refund Policy
a) Subscription Fees
- Payments made for any plan are non-refundable after the first 7 days of purchase.
- Refund requests made within the first 7 days will be processed based on the original payment method.
Refund requests will only be considered in the following circumstances:
- If a duplicate payment was made due to a technical error.
- If the user has been incorrectly charged due to a system malfunction.
- If the service was not accessible for a prolonged period due to issues on our end.
b) One-Time Payments & Add-Ons
- Payments for one-time services, integrations, or additional features are non-refundable once the service has been activated or delivered.
- If a technical issue prevents access to an add-on, we will work to resolve it or provide an appropriate remedy.
3. Refund Request Process
Users requesting a refund must contact our support team with the following details:
- Registered email address
- Transaction details (date, amount, payment method)
- Reason for the refund request
- Refund approvals are subject to review and may take 2-7 business days for processing.
- Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during the transaction.
4. No Refunds for Violations of Terms
- If a user is found in violation of our Terms & Conditions, no refunds will be issued.
- Accounts terminated due to fraudulent or abusive activities will not be eligible for any refund or compensation.
